Size 9 Cat and Other News
Well, I finally found a pair of non-short bus shoes I liked and my cat Abby approves entirely:

In other recent Anderson news: Our (and multiple neighbors') mail was stolen Friday and I happened to see the culprit (I thought it was a substitute mailman delivering the mail, not some jerk stealing it) so the Sheriff's Dept. came out and took my statement. Someone mowing a ditch in Thornberry found a pile of opened mail and delivered it back to us Saturday. Come to find out, stealing mail is only a Class C Misdemeanor, which is basically a ticket--it only becomes Class B if they steal a negotiable instrument (checks) or RX drugs OR if they are seen OPENING the mail. In fact, it's a Class B Misdemeanor to open anyone's mail except your own, so be sure and rebound everytime you open mail addressed to your spouse or child. :)
In goatie news--we came home Sunday evening and found the dogs had used 2 of our Nigie girls as chew toys. =( They had bite marks on their little ears and slobbered-on fur. So now the dogs have to be babysitted while they are in with the goats. Everyone assures me that they are still puppies and this is entirely normal, but it is still upsetting. Poor little things must've been scared half to death!
Also, the Tacoma Valdez (can you guess why it was so named?) died Monday morning after a lengthy circulatory illness. It made it a good 240,000 miles, so we'll probably get another Toyota; we're leaning towards the more spacious Tundra with Access cab right now...And didn't we just get RID of a payment???

My condolences on the Toyota's untimely death--cut down in her prime! When will the services be?? Again, all my best to the family and friends.

Thanks, Jorin. Your sympathy is appreciated during our time of mourning.
(Actually we're getting terribly excited about getting a new Taco-mobile, with a double cab, power-everything, and handy-dandy towing package!)
